How long will these insoles last ?
Due to the materials used on this product we approximate 1,500 miles but this depends on the sport/activity, your weight and technique etc.
What size should I purchase ?
If you want to be safe, we recommend making sure you get a size in your range but never go for smaller as these insoles are made to be cut-to-size with a guideline underneath the insole. This ensures it is fit to perfection.
My feet tend to sweat. Will this have any impact?
The key features of this product is that it is sweat absorbent, quick drying and most importantly it is breathable so your feet do not sweat more from the insole.

These will not match a high-end gel pad but for the price... they are comfortable and they do provide noticable cushioning. I think these have a place in the market and I'm satisfied with them.
